This cozy villa is located in the heart of the most exclusive neighborhood in Belize City and directly overlooks the park. Clean, serene and peaceful comes to mind while relaxing and enjoying the cool sea breeze. Our property is newly renovated and has a master bedroom with a Queen bed and a single bed, and the living room has a small futon. As you exit the front into your private parking area, door you’ll see the park which is my personal jogging track. To top it off, the most amazing coffee shop is located right next door, bakeD - Artisan bakery and coffee house has a variety of baked goods served all day as well as breakfast and lunch. Coffee is roasted fresh weekly so take a bag with you when you check out! Have an amazing trip while in Belize and be sure to stop by the cafe to ask for do's and don't around the country, rental cars, etc. ask for Eros or Kelsey

Miscommunication

We arrived at the VRBO address to find the place deserted with no way into our room. Called the owner who arrived with an apology that the room hadn't been cleaned yet. He did cast around to other property owners to find us a place to stay.

We were looking for the wrong address at first. My fault. We looked for #2 and it was actually #10. Once we found the bakery we were home free! The place was mostly clean except for a dirty hand towel and wash cloth. It was just plain Jane. The mattress on the bed even said “basic”. But it worked fine for a quick overnight.

The address listed is not the address of the building and the phone numbers that I tried to use were not correct either the correct building is number 10. This building is under construction and had people hanging around and dogs and appeared to be extremely unsafe.

Did not give us an accurate address, spent 45 minutes walking around to try and find it. VRBO manager had no idea we were coming. Several dogs barked outside our door for HOURS on end. Bathroom had ramen noodles in the drain?
