Bel appartement très agréable à 1300 m de la plage, proche de l'ile Rousse. Nous avons pu rayonner jusqu'à Porto ( comptez quand même 2 heures), Calvi, Lumio, dans la magnifique montagne CorseTrès belle piscine dans la résidence

Appartement parfaitement climatisée

Appartement bien situé pour les visites et les plages. Un Sentier amène à 20 min à pied de la plage. Grande Piscine avec transat et parasols. Super climatisation une dans le sejour et une dans la chambre, heureusement 1 semaine à 27 degré la nuit et mini 32 la journée. Attention lit du séjour plutot pour 2 enfants maxi, cest limite pour 1 ado et 1 enfant. Le seul point negatif était l invasion de fourmis sur la terrasse !!! Apéro et repas compliqués ! Amélioration : un grille pain. Un grand merci à Nikita, extremement bienveillante et arrangeante, qui nous reçoit dès notre arrivée avec de nombreux conseils !

Kontakt zum Besitzer gut, der Check-In jedoch war schwierig, da nur Französisch und kein Wort Englisch gesprochen wurde, z.T. auch keine Antworten bei Anfragen Sauberkeit war mangelhaft, da Bad/Küche unsauber, Fußboden dreckig und in den Ecken Spinnweben Versprochen waren Klimaanlage und WLAN im Haus, jedoch beides nicht vorhanden/funktionstüchtig Die Lage der Residence war jedoch für die Erkundung von Nord-Korsika perfekt!

Località tranquilla e spiaggia stupenda a 18' a piedi dalla struttura. La casetta 88 formata da camera soggiorno/ cucina , bagno con vasca e wc separato era dotata di quasi tutti i confort. Peccato che il condizionatore era guasto ed è bastato sostituito con 2 ventilatori. Il wifi non è presente ma anche se utilizzabile in piscina è veramente di scarsa qualità. Nel complesso consigliato

Méfiance

Plusieurs suspicions de la bonne foi du propriétaire avec une climatisation annoncée hors service quelques jours avant notre date possible de rétractation et pourtant toujours présente sur l’Annonce 2 mois après. La mise à jour ayant été faite que mi-août à notre demande. Pas de couverture wifi dans le logement comme annoncée mais uniquement à la réception du complexe. Manque d’intimité avec un chemin qui désert les autres logements et qui surplombe l’espace extérieur. Mobilier et literie en bon états Résidence calme et espace piscine agréable

idéalement placé pour visiter la corse du nord

petite maisonnette propre dans un complexe Odalys offrant une superbe piscine où nous finissions nos journées. tout proche (a pied) supermarché, boulangerie et epicerie locale avec produits corse, très appréciable! belle plage juste à côté et situation de cette maisonnette parfaite pour visiter la corse du nord! nous recommandons!
