Discover our 65m² semi-detached house located in the Les Villas de Belgodere residence, an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy two terraces: one on the first floor facing east-south with a griddle, and another upstairs offering a magnificent sea view facing northwest, equipped with garden furniture, a table, and sun loungers. The house includes an air-conditioned living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, a bathroom, a separate WC, an air-conditioned double bedroom, and an air-conditioned twin bedroom. An air-conditioned mezzanine with a double bed offers additional sleeping space, with the option of adding a mattress or a travel cot. Within the residence, you will have access to communal heated swimming pools for the 2026 season, from April 15th to June 15th and from September 15th to 30th, as well as multi-sports courts and a pétanque court. The location is ideal for easy access to amenities: a mini-market, bakery, restaurants, tobacconist, and shops are all within a few minutes' walk. The sea is a 15-minute walk away (please note that a road must be crossed). You will have full access to the entire house during your stay. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented as an option, subject to availability.
