The breakfast had a variety of delicious items with good coffee! Our arrival the day before was early, and so we enjoyed a delicious lunch in the restaurant, so much so that we had dinner at the hotel also. During dinner a cultural dance show was performed which was unobtrusive to dining and very enjoyable!!

the hotel has two wings once being much nicer that the other, but all in all This is the best option we found in Belem. Great restaurant with live music on weekends. Bilingual staff, free 10min massage, good breakfast.

A sanctuary of nature, history and excellent food

The hotel is well located, very peculiar as it has been a monastery. Rooms are spacious, well lit and with excellent AC. Staff goes above and beyond to make our wishes come true. The restaurant is fabulous serving local dishes with generous portions and great price. The pool is well equipped with comfy lounge chairs and natural shades from a mature landscape. We’ll definetly be back to Atrium Quinta das Pedras.

Nice, historic hotel by the Botanical Gardens. Only complaint is that it would be nice to have some more vegetables available with meals. Lots of fish options but hard to get a simple fresh salad that doesn’t have lettuce. Big rooms, nice staff lovely outdoor dining

Overall this is an overpriced hotel! Pros: location is good, walking distance to mangal das garças and “old village”. Nice breakfast and lovely outdoor seating. Cons: room had a pile of dirty at the entrance. There was only one iron available (staff was unable to bring it to your room, you had to go downstairs to grab it and they took 10 minutes to find it(?) - overall the experience was disappointing.

It was a very good stay. Hotel is of high quality. Very clean, staff was very helpful. Restaurant was also good quality. The area is quiet and there is an echological parke nearby. Access to transportation was through Uber. Service was prompt and courteous. The only proble I had was the remote for the airconditioning that was too old, but it worked fine when I could see the controls and screen.

Very strange rooms with no natural light (no windows, only wood panels) and very expensive for what it is. The restaurant of the hotel is particularly bad, very expensive and all the food I was served was over cooked and dry (dry rice, dry grilled fish, dried up pancetta in my carbonatará etc.), they really need a better chef. Mosquitoes everywhere. I also saw a cricket walk through my room.

Neighborhood has little to offer. Street noise at night and in the morning was disruptive to my sleep. AC positioned to blow directly on the bed, which gave me a terrible sinus infection that lasted nearly two weeks. Not sure if it was from bacteria in the AC, or just the cold dry air blowing in me all night long. In any case, it was terrible and nearly ruined my trip. Bed was okay, not great. Bathroom was acceptable. It’s essentially a three star room. I did like the interior courtyard and dining. Would I go back? No. The AC sickness was a deal breaker and the location offered nothing valuable within walking distance. It’s a neat little hotel and I wanted to like it, but can’t recommend it. The price was fair. But I would have rather paid more for a better experience.

Reservei a suíte presidencial do Atrium para uma comemoração especial entre amigas. O quarto é amplo, arejado, limpo, bem decorado. O restaurante e a piscina foram ótimos. No entanto, reservamos a suíte unicamente por conta da banheira de hidromassagem que oferecem e para o nosso desprazer ao chegar lá, ela não funcionava. Mas pior ainda foi reclamar para um dos funcionários e ouvir como resposta “eu acho que nunca funcionou. Desde que eu trabalho aqui nunca vi funcionar”, como se isso fosse uma resposta aceitável ou cabível. Fiquei decepcionada. O hotel é lindo e tem tudo para oferecer uma excelente experiência para o hóspede, mas achei inaceitável a situação. Além disso, fica a sugestão de oferecer algo cortesia para a suíte presidencial. Não precisa ser nada luxuoso, só algo que faça o hospede se sentir bem tratado. Aqui não é uma reclamação, e sim uma sugestão, pois é prática em muitos hotéis e por se tratar da suíte mais luxuosa, acaba contribuindo para a experiência de hotel do hospede.
