O Hotel é lindo, bem localizado, e mto bem estruturado! Porém ainda está em reforma, reservamos um quarto com vista para Baía e não atenderam a reserva, nos colocando em um quarto com vista parcial da Baia! Uma experiência frustrante, pois estávamos comemorando uma data especial e pagamos mais caro por uma experiência que não ocorreu! Sugiro sinalizar as opções de vista no momento da reserva! Pois os quartos nos andares superiores não possuem vista total da Baía e sim parcial, importante sinalizar! Os funcionários estão despreparados e visivelmente estressados, pois quando reclamos sobre o não cumprimento da reserva, não fizeram nenhuma questão de corrigir o ocorrido ou sugerir algo para reparar o erro! Gostaria de agradecer em especial o Salva Vidas Taylor, que se mostrou Pro Ativo, auxiliando no atendimento do Bar da Piscina, já que o mesmo não estava operando em pleno Domingo, um absurdo não ter um atendente no local.

O hotel ainda está em finalização em relação a obra. Operários em todos os cantos do hotel. O Atendimento é bem ruim ainda, falta treinamento para a equipe da recepção. Equipe da recepção sem o mínimo de cordialidade. Totalmente desproporcional a proposta da eede. A estrutura depois de 100% entregue irá ficar maravilhoso. Recomendo, porém precisa melhorar muito o atendimento da equipe da recepção.

Nos hospedamos em um canteiro de obra. O hotel não estava pronto para hospedagem quando chegamos, posso dizer que tinham mais de 50 trabalhadores da construção civil trabalhando dia e noite no hotel. Por duas vezes ficamos sem água no nosso banheiro, chamávamos a manutenção que falava que o problema era que não sabíamos acionar os registros, mas provamos a ele que de fato não havia água. Equipe ainda extremamente crua, sem a menor condição de representar uma rede de hotéis desse tamanho. Toda solicitação, pedido de informação, etc... demorava muito para ser atendida, isso quando era atendida. O hotel tem grande potencial quando ficar PRONTO de verdade, mas do jeito que está nos sentimos cobaias testando os serviços e instalações. Por isso acho que deveriam deixar bastante claro que nem todas as instalações do hotel estão liberadas, que o hotel parece um canteiro de obra de tanta pessoa trabalhando alucinadamente para deixar tudo pronto para a COP30. Me senti enganado por não ser avisado que o hotel encontrava-se parcialmente aberto e que poderia haver diversos contratempos. As instalações do nosso quarto eram ótimas e a vista para o rio linda também. Localização muito boa, perto de diversos pontos turísticos que poderiam ser alcançados com uma pequena caminhada. Enfim, decepcionado por esperar um padrão de qualidade alto Vila Galé, mas encontrar um canteiro de obra.

A localização do hotel é excelente. Porém poderiam ter avisado que a avenida principal onde fica o hotel estaria interditada durante as comemorações do Círio. OU então terem se preparado para dar assistência aos hospedes visto que nem todos estavam ali para o Cirio e alguns estavam a trabalho. Meu vo estava agendado para retornar de sábado para domingo. TIve que sair do Hotel ás 1h da madrugada e andar pelas ruas com malas para ir até onde estava o UBER. Muito ruim isso. E o Hotel não deu assistência. O quarto é lindo e confortável, o café da amnhã excelente, mas como o hotel foi recém inaugurado tive problemas na limpeza do quarto. Assim como para fazer contato com a recepção tinha que caminhar muito do quarto até a recepção pois o telefone estava sem linha. Solicitei o conserto e nada de consertarem. Paguei muito caro, cerca de R$ 800,00 reais a diária e não tive o conforto e a qualidade que eu esperava do Vila Galé. Decepção!
