On two floors this house can be shared by two families. Downstairs there is the main house with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen -dining area and living room with access to a large terrace .
The terrace surrounding the house and lets to enjoy the sun or shade at any time. Also on this deck there is a great BBQ, great for al fresco meals .On the first floor connected by an external staircase is a studio with bedroom and bathroom. This bedroom allows to sleep 3 people.
Within walking distance of the house there are the services of a sea water pool and a terrace bar of a hotel
being accessible for the terrace customers .
You can visit a different beach every day as this coast has a choice of beautiful coves and beaches. In addition to the magnificent Platja Gran de Pals, nearby you will find Platja del Racó, Sa Riera, Sa Tuna, Aiguafreda, Aiguablava and many more.
The fascinating old town of Begur with its ancient castle is only 5 minutes away by car and Palafrugell is just 10 minutes drive. Both offer you many shopping and sightseeing opportunities as well as restaurants and bars.
