For shared use: natural garden, swimming pool (45 m2, depth 70 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Private: natural state property, terraced garden, parking at the house. Shop 1 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Begur plaça Forgas" 2 km, railway station "Flaça" 30 km, sandy beach "Sa Riera" 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km. Nearby attractions: Illes Medes 20 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise.
