Discover Casa Emnitan<br>As soon as you enter the house, you’ll be treated to an exceptional view of the sea. Feel free to relax on the sofa facing the floor-to-ceiling window.<br><br>Going down one floor, you’ll find the dining room on your right, featuring an oak table that seats 12, followed by the living room with its sofas and large-screen TV. On the left, you’ll find a restroom, followed by a large, fully equipped kitchen with a central island featuring a double refrigerator, a microwave and a conventional oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, and a dining table.<br><br>All rooms offer a view of the sea and direct access to a terrace measuring over 120 m². A garden table and 12 chairs are provided so you can enjoy this space overlooking the sea. The pool is located to the right of the terrace, sheltered from view. Fatboy lounge chairs let you enjoy the area around the pool.<br><br>The accommodation:<br>Going down one more floor, you’ll arrive at the sleeping area, which consists of 2 master suites, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a fifth bedroom with 2 bunk beds for the children. All bedrooms have a view of the sea.<br><br>An office area with a computer monitor and a printer is available for your use. If you need to work, you can do so in peace while looking out at the sea.<br><br>The four en-suite bedrooms are located right on the waterfront, while the children’s area is set apart on the left side of the house.<br><br>Here is the layout of the rooms:<br>Aiguafreda: Large master suite with a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom. It features a 180x200 bed, two sofas, a work area, a television, and a separate walk-in closet. The bathroom features two sinks, a jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a bidet.<br><br>Aiguablava: Master suite with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. It features a 180x200 bed, two sofas, a work area, and a television. The bathroom has a sink, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a bidet.<br><br>Sa Riera: En-suite bedroom with two 90x200 beds, a private bathroom with a sink, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a bidet.<br><br>Sa Tuna: En-suite room with two 90x200 beds, a private bathroom with a sink, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a bidet.<br><br>Dormitory: Room with two sets of bunk beds (4 beds, 90x200) for younger guests. They have their own bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet.<br><br><br>The laundry room is located next to the dormitory and is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.<br><br>The villa has a locked garage for two cars and a charging station for electric vehicles (Type 2). There is another parking space in front of the garage.<br><br>Casa Emnitan is situated in a quiet, secluded area with about ten other villas. It is accessed via a single road connecting Sa Riera Beach to Aiguafreda. The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with one other villa. It is surrounded by a nature reserve.<br><br>From Casa Emnitan, you can access the path that runs along the coast, leading to Sa Riera on one side and Aiguafreda on the other.
