THE SPACE:
Relax in this comfortable, family-friendly townhome with plenty of room for everyone. After a day on the slopes, unwind in your private hot tub, cozy up by the fireplace, or enjoy a movie or board game in the spacious living room.
The living room features multiple couches, an additional chair, a Smart TV, and a collection of board games for all ages. One of the couches converts into a pull-out sofa bed, providing sleeping space for two additional guests. The fireplace creates a warm, inviting atmosphere after a day in the snow.
The dining area features a table with bench seating that will seat up to 6 people and there is also extra chairs at the kitchen island for additional seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and an island with three stools. You`ll also find cookware, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, glassware, wine glasses, and essential kitchen supplies.
Step outside onto your private balcony to fire up the BBQ, soak in the six-person hot tub, and take in the surrounding mountain scenery.
When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure you`ll have everything you need during your stay. Your unit will include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium in foil, seran wrap, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, dresser, and two bedside tables with lamps.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed, smart TV, dresser, and two bedside tables, providing a comfortable retreat for additional guests.
The third bedroom is perfect for families and groups, featuring two sets of bunk beds: one twin-over-twin and one twin-over-double, comfortably sleeping up to five guests.
The living room`s pull-out sofa bed accommodates two additional guests, bringing the townhome`s total sleeping capacity to 11.
TRUE SKI-IN/SKI-OUT ACCESS:
Located directly on the blue-square Perfection ski run, this townhome makes getting onto the mountain effortless. Ski right to the back of the building and walk through the breezeway to your front door. When you`re ready to head out, it`s only about 10 steps from the garage to the ski run!
From Perfection, you can ski directly to the Snow Ghost Chair, Ridge Rocket Chair, or Plaza Chair, which takes you into the village. Whether you`re heading out for first tracks or returning after a full day on the mountain, you`ll love the convenience of having the slopes right outside your door.
The village centre is just a two-minute walk away, with restaurants, shops, and essentials nearby. You can also take the gondola down to Happy Valley to enjoy additional winter activities and mountain experiences. Once you`ve arrived, there`s little need to drive anywhere!
Some of our favourite local restaurants include Underground Pizza, Fourth Ace Smokehouse, Sasquatch Sushi, and The Cabin.
GUEST ACCESS & PARKING:
Guests have private access to the entire townhome, including a private entrance and a two-car garage with room for two large vehicles, including trucks. Entry is convenient and secure with a keypad code provided before arrival.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and a washer and dryer are provided for guest use.
Additional vehicles must park at the Happy Valley Long-Term Parking Lot, where permits are required. Current parking rates are $25 per night per vehicle or $125 per week per vehicle. RV and camper parking is $50 per night, subject to a maximum of seven nights per season. Trailers are not permitted. Parking rates and rules are subject to change, and unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner`s expense.
IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
This property is best suited for families and groups looking for a relaxing mountain getaway. Parties and large events are not permitted.
Pets are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.
This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping of tobacco, cannabis, or other products is prohibited inside the townhome, on balconies, and anywhere on the common property grounds. A $200 fine applies per incident, in addition to any applicable cleaning fees.
Guests are responsible for taking all garbage and recycling to the Big White Transfer Station, approximately five minutes away. If you don`t have a vehicle then you can leave the garbage in the garbage cans provided in the garage.
