Petit déjeuner sans aucun produits frais. Je demande si du déca est disponible, on me répond par la positive à la réception et l'inverse en arrivant le lendemain matin au petit déjeuner. Très forte odeur de canalisation, aucune aération à part la salle de bain qui doit être maintenue fermée à cause de l'odeur, impossible d'ouvrir la fenetre à cause du bruit de la voie rapide juste en face. Des oreillers très inconfortables, aucun oreiller ou couverture en réserve pour permettre de compenser. Il n'y a pas possibilité d'indiquer si la chambre est occupée ou non, je préviens donc la réception que je partirai vers 9h, sachant que j'ai jusqu'à 11h30 pour quitter la chambre. Elle note l'information en prenant le numéro de ma chambre. Au sortir de la douche le lendemain matin, ma porte s'ouvre en grand et quand je cris, la personne part en laissant la porte ouverte... Je râle en rendant ma clé, la même personne que la veille à la réception me dit que j'aurai du prévenir ! Résultat, une nuit très compliquée, des courbatures et un cumul de stress non necessaire à un déplacement pro. A éviter à tout prix.
