The room was clean, had a large comfortable bed and air conditioning, which in this weather is essential. The reason we book Campanile Hotels is that it has parking and a restaurant. Unfortunately, on this occasion, it was a very limited menu as the chef was on holiday. The usual self service entree and dessert buffet wasn’t available, so the choice was very limited, especially for vegetarians. The staff were good and were efficient, but I think this should have been mentioned on the website prior to booking.

Perfect Ratio Quality/Cost

Location from city center is not ideal, the hotel’s appearance is not appealing and also not in a very touristic area. That being said, as I was looking for something cheap, just to sleep I was really happy with the ratio quality/cost. The breakfast was also very diversified, with some products and freshly pressed orange juice. Overall the best experience for this price. Thank you Campanile for offering such rates.

Campanile hotels desperately need refurbishing. Much of the buildings and the room are getting old and worn. The bed and mattress was worn, lumpy and uncomfortable. Why install an enormous TV that takes up most if the shelf/desk.

Ok

We had a next generation room. The shower was ok but you had to get in the bath to have a shower. We stayed in Tours Campanile and this was a walk in shower and thought as a next gen they would be all the same....there not. But apart from this it was a good hotel.
