The hotel was in disrepair. Electrical boxes hanging off the wall, dirty, smelly. Front desk personal unprofessional and rude.

Upon arrival at 4:00 pm , no one was at the desk for 15-30 minutes. The next day, I noticed another couple experienced the same thing around the same time. Check-in is 3:00 so the desk should be staffed at 4:00. The hot tub jets didn't work and the tub was dirty for several days. The chair in the room had big stains. The exterior is in bad shape. The area is beautiful.

Advertised for jetted tub and paid extra for a room with this upgrade, but after we checked in we found a sign near the tub saying the jets aren't working but use it as a regular bathtub. If people are paying extra for this, and you are letting them book without knowing, this is really shady. Hotel restaurant was not available on Mondays and was told it was closed the following day as well. Morning customer service person couldn't be bothered to look at me when I greeted her. Bed had pillows were flat. Lots of little stuff just not addressed. TP holder falls off the mount when you use it, for example. Would not stay here again, not impressed with anything at this hotel.

We had one small packet for shampoo and one small bar of soap. I asked at the desk for more soap and I was told they had none. Both the restaurant an$ snack bar were closed Sunday evening. My wife enjoyed the casino.

there was black mold in the shower, the restaurant was closed every time we looked,we never did get to eat in there, and the snack bar was out of fish, broasted chicken and pizza, and most of the time it was closed. Be it the hotel desk, the players club or the cashiers desk they were closed, and you had to wait for them to come back. The workers that we did come in contact with were very nice and friendly.
