Lovely home with amazing location on Lake Superior. Dock was great for views and swimming off of. Lots of stairs, but really fine for anyone in decent condition. House was very clean, but a few furnishings could use upgraded. Older mattresses and older couch. Black mold issue in downstairs bedroom closet went unaddressed and lacking communication after we reported during our stay; that’s the reason for two stars.

Simonson/Farley Trip

Ten of us enjoyed the beautiful cabin for 3 nights! The cabin had all the amenities for adults and teens! We really enjoyed the fire pit and wrap around deck. We would have enjoyed the dock more if it hadn’t been such a hike back up the 100+ stairs!

Great get-away that accommodates 9-10 people

This large home is lovely and is placed in a rural setting surrounded by woods and Lake Superior. The views are breathtaking from the windows, decks and dock. Many steps down the dock and lake shore but truly worth it! Our group consisted of nine women who enjoyed the outdoors (hiking), spent a little time in the small town of La Pointe, and just gathering inside and out of this home. 6/13/23-6/16/23 Paula
