A garden and a sun terrace with lounge chairs and a stunning view of the Alps are also available. For younger guests, there is an indoor playroom with plenty of toys, a ping-pong table, a small area for playing soccer, and a pool table. The comfortable, classically furnished apartments at the Residenz offer everything you need for your vacation.
The approximately 45 qm2 two-room apartment is located on the first or second floor and accommodates 2 people. It features a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds. The living area includes a satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and oven, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The bathroom features a shower or bathtub, toilet, bidet, sink, and a hair dryer. The apartment has a furnished balcony with a very limited view. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
