Villa Olga is a magnificent period villa that has just been renovated and refurnished directly on the lake and the Borromean Islands. Due to its architecture and enviable position it is one of the most exclusive villas on Lake Maggiore. The villa is equipped with every comfort and guarantees the privacy of its guests while having an annex that can be rented together with the villa on request, bringing the total number of places to 20. The villa is on 4 levels; at the entrance level on the street parking level there is the entrance to the villa and a wonderful architectural staircase that leads to the upper floors. To the left of the entrance there is a living room separated by a curtain where there is a sofa that can become a double bed and from there you access a small service kitchen overlooking the swimming pool fully equipped with all appliances, ideal for preparing snacks. and aperitifs. The lakefront part of this floor is the large living room with marble floors, an antique decorative stone fireplace and an antique wooden ceiling. From the living room you can enjoy a wonderful view of the islands. Also on this floor there is on one side the seating area with satellite TV and on the other the dining area with a large table. Once out on the large terrace equipped with an outdoor lounge for relaxation, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake and the swimming pool. On this floor there is also a service bathroom. A staircase leads down to the lower floor directly above the lake where there is the large kitchen of the villa, a laundry room, a bathroom with shower and access to the dock where there are 4 canoes for guests. The garden is on two levels, on the lowest there is the beautiful 4 x 9 meter swimming pool on the lake equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, tables and deck chairs and a staircase leading to the lake for swimming. An outdoor parking reserved for 4 cars is reserved for guests. The location of the villa is incredible and offers the possibility of a luxury holiday directly on the lake. The villa has all the comforts and the center of Stresa and Baveno can be reached in 4 minutes by car.
