Feel at home in this charming 2 bedroom/1 bathroom home located in Southdowns neighborhood in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It is just 2.5 miles from LSU campus and in the heart of the city! This is a great place for a family or friends to stay! Primary bedroom includes King size bed, TV, and desk area. The Guest bedroom includes a Queen size bed and TV. Both include super comfortable bedding and a warm, inviting environment. The bedrooms have bamboo shades on the windows with functional drapery layered on top for additional light blocking! The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. It is stocked with all the necessities including: body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, towels, make up remover, tooth paste, hair dryer and more! The Living Room includes super comfortable slipcovered sofa that can double as a twin size bed for an additional sleeping spot! We have twin sheets ready to use. There is also a large Living Room TV great for sports watching or movie nights! The Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cooking basics. Includes a gas range, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Adjacent to the Kitchen is a dining area that seats 4 and an additional bench seat with a cafe table that can accommodate 2 more. There is also a washer and dryer available. This designer decorated home will feel both cozy and luxurious! The PERFECT house for all things LSU!

This little house was truly one of the best vacation rentals that we've ever stayed in. It was just so well appointed and thought out. And the beds are so comfortable! First, they were definitely bought recently and the linens were very nice and they had various types of pillows - very important for my husband, a self-appointed pillow slob. No notes, we'll back and book again.
