🌲 What you’ll find in Barzio Barzio is the beating heart of the Valsassina Plateau, a beloved destination both in summer and winter. In the warmer months, it’s the perfect starting point for hikes, scenic walks, or bike rides. In winter, it becomes the gateway to Piani di Bobbio, one of the most accessible ski resorts from Milan. The village is lively, authentic, and well-served, with traditional restaurants, cafés, shops, and a charming alpine atmosphere.
🏠 The apartment in detail The entrance to the house, raised by three steps, leads directly into a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen. The living area is simply and functionally furnished, featuring a kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, sink, and a 60 cm fridge. The dining table is perfect for sharing meals or working remotely thanks to the fast internet connection, while the sofa bed and TV make it an inviting space to unwind after a day outdoors.
From the living room, you access a second area with a small hallway and a full bathroom equipped with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and a washing machine.
The sleeping area is located just behind the living room, separated by a curtain and a piece of furniture; here you’ll find a double bed and a chest of drawers.
The house can accommodate up to 4 guests. Pets are allowed, but only with prior approval from the host. The small garden, hidden behind a thick hedge, can be set up with two deck chairs and a small table, which you’ll find inside the apartment.
Heating is centralized and follows the schedule set by the property owners. City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours.
