While the property location, overall vwas good. The room i stayed in felt pinched. Windows faced a a brick wall no view. Room appeared to be not upkept. Egg carton in the fridge with eggs. No milk (powfer/liquid) for coffee. Carpet looked warned/aged. Shower stall was grimy, stall floor and glass doors.

The hotel is ok but I am not sure that we would stay again. Location is excellent. No hooks for towels anywhere in the bathroom, so that was just inconvenient when using the shower. Breakfast was ok but a bit basic. We booked this hotel due to its location and the fact that it had parking included. The parking included is completely misleading. There is onsite parking, if you can get a space. If you can’t there is overflow lot a short walk away. Night one there were no spots so they gave us a parking pass for the overflow car park. Night two, no parking spots and the overflow parking pass would not work, back to the hotel to get another pass, back to the overflow and the pass would not work. They didn’t seem to care much about that. We figured our own parking out. Very disappointing service.

Comfortable and a good place to sleep

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very comfortable bed with good pillows. The 3 Blackout curtains are fantastic and actually work. The room was dark at 9 am. I had a great sleep. Hotel is in a good location. The only downsides are: 1. limited onsite parking 2. Very confusing trying to find the front desk if you’ve never been there before. You have to come in at the back door and walk to front desk as there is nowhere to park out front and check in 3. Needs more directional signage when you enter through the parking lot. 4. More signs for room number locations

Check-in went smooth unfortunately we’re in a basement paid top price for a room. There’s also no parking. If you don’t get in there early, you will have to pop park a block away and bring all your stuff in rooms are very small. There’s no window overall not very convenient.

Terrible room size. I inquired twice about having a room big enough for a pack and play for my 8 month old… was reassured both the month before as well as the week of that it would be more than big enough… turns out that wasn’t the case. Room 216 is trash. We did not enjoy our stay. There wasn’t even a microwave in the room like most have. For the price, I’d expect more than a shoe box. Literally no room for a pack and play, or a stroller/car seat for an infant to be stored. Incredibly disappointing. Constantly tripping over the bed because there’s no room to even walk around. There was someone else’s hair in the bathroom sink, stained sheets, no parking, dirty shower, etc etc. will definitely be finding a new hotel for our future visits.

Be careful! The property advertised rooms available on the "lower level" but in fact the rooms are in the BASEMENT, very dark, small with one tiny window below street level. Lots of noises at night from the nearby club-restaurant. Limited parking, have to walk 2 blocks with suitcases. Breakfast was very, very basic. Very overpriced for what it is.

It was my worst experience. Do not trust the reviews or ratings—this place is not even worth 1 star. The check-in was very unprofessional, and the room was so small that my partner and I could not even pass each other. As soon as we arrived, we saw dirty towels left at the shower room door. All the TVs are very old and useless. The place is extremely weak in service, outdated, and dirty. Please be careful—there are many better options available.

Clean room, fairly updated. I was in a basement room- quite small and a little crammed but very quiet, easy, and accessible! Lots of dining options around, both sit down restaurants and fast food. Easy access to highway 11 and right beside the lake.

Disappointed. This hotel needs an upgrade. The rooms were clean but lobby and hallways are very dinghy. The beds were very uncomfortable and the double room was two small for two beds. They were pushed against the walls. Heating/air conditioning system was loud. Area is very noisy as there is a restaurant bar below the hotel. This could a gem with more effort as it was close to waterfront, good restaurants and shopping.

Parking is a huge issue. There was no available parking spots in the rear. They will give you a pass to park at a different off site location however that was full. I had to pay at a different location. Breakfast is seriously lacking. Not many options. The basement room I had was very small. I could hear the people above me and beside me. It also faced the parking lot which proved to be noisy I feel the cleaning staff need to be thorough . The mirrors in the room had handprints all over it. Someone must have spilled coffee all over the bathroom door and that was also missed. I guess you get what you pay for but a little more effort will go a long way

High points - the woman who checked us in - one of the most pleasant and polite pers.on that I have ever met. Conversely the general manager is the opposite of that. Wants to argue about hotel rules - ie, I knew the rules, he wanted to contradict them. The rooms are smaller than normal. Breakfast is advertised as continental, it is cheap continental. I am not sure I could stay here again.

Entrance to hotel from parking lot involves a staircase making access with heavy suitcases challenging. Shower pressure poor. Anyone with long thick hair would have difficulty with shampooing. Hallways and stairways not clean. Bed comfortable. Staff helpful.
