Overall not a bad stay. It appears they had tried to complete some updates and renovations but didn’t quite get it all done. Our room in particular was not well finished and had lots to be desired.

Pros: lovely staff, decent breakfast, comfy bed, decent location Cons: wicked cigarette smell on second floor. Very strong and off putting. Blood on the wall in the stairwell. Shower was brutal - zero water pressure and very old. Update in rooms feels half done. Looks nice in some parts, but obvious need of updates it others. Overall, alright for a less expensive option, but needs a lot of love.

Place is in beed of an update. Some itmes that we noticed in the room. Door was banged up, chipped paint Faucet in bathroom had no diffuser, so that water splashed everywhere. Windows we so dirthy, paint around them was craked . A/C unit was dirty/dusty Having no elevator was a suprise. Luckily no one in my party was disabled, but indont believed it was ever asked or mentioned. Shower curtain rod was broken Shower head was either broken, clogged with calcium buildup, or there was no water pressure. For the positive, front desk staff were friendly and hwlpful (though the were always scrollling on their phone any time I walked by) Breakfast was abundant, and the beds were clean and comfortable.

We did run into a few issues with tv & remote but staff was great & got it taken care very quickly. Very impressed with the staff Windows were very dirty & water pressure was not the greatest but we managed Beds were fabulous as were the pillows

There was a cigarette burn in the chair in a non smoking room. The light switch was very broken. Bathtub paint looks gross spots missing and there was mold in the shower. Alot of wall stains and holes in the black out blinds. When I checked in it seemed like a crack head was coming in. I didn't feel comfortable here at all. Not worth 200 a night.. I wont go here again. Would have liked to use the pool / hot tub but with the sate of the rooms I didnt think the pool would be much better. Sorry to be harsh but this hotel is a dump. I also have pictures if you want to see. Oh room 221 doors are the wrong size and slide on the ground. Bed was comfortable. Fridge was cold. Eggs at breakfast was fine.
