Pool was freezing, basic necessities like toothpaste is only available for a fee at a fending machine, contenental breakfast has no available options for someone with diabetes unless you pay extra - the breakfast included doesnt even have a boiled egg and the hotel is advertizing the other breakfast at a cost as to force people to pay more.

The maids don’t clean up my room. Just put the sheets over the pillow and take out one garbage bag. The top sheets of my bed had some visible stains. I felt disgusting about that. The fridge made an annoying sound that kept me awake at night. The hotel it’s okay but definitely needs some upgrades on it. The front desk people were nice though.

Room was clean and comfortabke. Coffe and toilet paper were not replenished. I had to go to tje desk and ask for it. The continental breafast was terrible. Very weak coffee and the pastries were mushy like they get when refrozen. I had the eggsrta breakfast ine morning. The eggwhites were not cooked as well as he hashbrowns

Price to much for the service we got! The guy never mentioned about the breakfast schedule and as well I gave them cash for deposit and was not return! They said would be reflected on my credit card, which is not what wanted to do, I’m the customer you give my cash back!!!

Only reason I didn't give Excellent and really not the Hotels fault was the fact that both times we have stayed there's been a Hockey Tournament Team staying there. So you end up with kids running around like wild animals and playing hockey in the hallways all while the Parents are missing in action. Hotels should make teams book a conference room for the kids and parents to "Socialize" So as not to bother the others staying in the Hotel. The staff was doing their best to keep things civilized but without the parents help it's a lot of work. I would stay again but might ask about tournaments.
