I love staying here. Its close to Hwy 400 yet still quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable.

The heat was not on when we arrived and room was cold. Boys playing hockey in the hallway, people going up and down hall. Tried to lie on the bed for a nap and the foot of the bed was higher than the head. Realized the floor was sloped, it made me dizzy. The pillow cases smelled of strong bleach . We had to drive to get something to eat there is nothing on site or within walking Distance to eat or drink. Luckily the pillows had aired out and the room was warm. Bed still hard to sleep on.

It's sad to say considering I have stayed here a few times but this place has really upset me. My partner and I booked one of the suites with a living area and thank goodness we did because the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the hall and in your room. After taking a shower I noticed the towel I was using had makeup marks all over it. Neither my girlfriend or I wear makeup and that's when we realized that not only the towel I used but basically ALL of our towels were reforleded and put back. On-top of this , there were things written on the mirror that were rather dirty. When I went downstairs, no apology or acknowledgement of the situation were made , instead I was huffed at when asked for new towels immediately since I would like to wash up again. The room itself was dirty, the tub was not wiped out and we even found some of that makeup on our bed and pillows :) breakfast was a joke but that was honestly the least of my worries. Upon checkout I was barley looked at and wasn't even asked how my stay was. That was honestly probably smart on their part because these were only the major issues we came across and there were so many more disappointments ..

Stayed here for my wedding and for the price was not worth it at all. The room was the only nice part. The staff couldn’t have been less interested in the people staying there and some people at the front were dry and rude.

Lobby smelled odd. The elevator ride was kind of scary (shaky, making big noise evry ride). Traffic noise of Hwy400 was noisy and hard to sleep at night but that was the price to pay for being convenient. Breakfast server was very kind hearted also keeping food area clean.
