The room was a bit small but was clean. I didn’t like the shower because it was a stand alone shower with only half a glass wall. So half of the shower was open and it got the floor wet plus cold air would get in. It would have been better to have a bathtub since there is no hot tub by the pool to warm up in on these cold winter stays. The pool was nice because it was heated but a bit small. The biggest con was that restaurant was disappointing. The food tasted good but our server did not bring us any starter bread and people all around us got some. I asked her why we didn’t get any and she didn’t even apologize. She just said “oh would you like some?” And after saying “yes” she didn’t even bring it. Our food was charged extra for the sides even though two sides come with the main dishes we ordered. Our food took very long to arrive as well. We almost felt like we were not good enough to be there which made our dinner experience very upsetting. We saw how everyone around us was getting great service except for us. And we were the only Asian family there. Such a terrible feeling, that we felt we never wanted to go there again.
The hotel staff was friendly and the only good part of our stay was that it was clean and close to the ski resort.
