Room was ok but dated. Beds were ok but again needed updating. Bathroom vanity looked like it was going to fall off wall. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately there was a hockey tournament in town and no one was supervising kids. Spoke to front desk and was told the coaches had been spoken to, but not parents. I had to tell about 10 kids to stop running in hallway and go find their parents who were drinking in conference room. I shouldn’t have to do this!

I had an issue with my room, staff changed it for me asap. I also had an issue with another room last wknd, staff were not hesitant to help. Definitely recommend this hotel. And strongly recommend booking directly with the hotel too.

This is a charming hotel. The staff was very polite very knowledgeable very helpful. The cleaning ladies were very accommodating as was the front desk staff. The breakfast was ample. And the location was convenient with shopping and restaurants very nearby.
