We stayed one night since we had to fly out of Barranquilla from Cartagena. The room was pretty basic and the AC was just perfect compared to any other hotel we previously had in Cartagena. Hot water pressure was also perfect. Bed was also comfortable and the full breakfast was a plus!

The website says AIRPORT transport however NOT TRUE. Beware! They only offer to call taxi for you. A pet Chimpanzee can do that. I made reservations Specifically for the amenity. It does not exist and feel it’s false advertising. They Do NOT have transport option to Airport. I wasted my time and $$$. I deserve a refund. Ask the supposed manager for explanation and she did not have and answer one way or another. If it offer an amenity they should produce. Hotels.com ….BAD! False advertising

Front desk very unorganized and slow. Maybe it was a new young man working or something. But nobody in the lobby and still took 15 or 20 minutes to check in. Check out took two minutes with the girl in the morning. Hotel front desk and restaurant did not have changed for a 100,000 peso bill. They could not make change. It's hard to believe you're running a business and you can't make change for your customer. And it was strange I ate in the restaurant and they immediately wanted me to pay in cash and would not add it to my room account. Also, something I haven't seen before. And they wanted it in cash. I've been to 10 hotels in the city and none of them have ever done that to me. I think there were some funny business going on with the employees.
