Found a roach in our room within about 5 minutes of being thetr. Immediately went to the front desk to get a refund on the room wirh the dead roach in hand and even have a photo of said roach as well. The front desk person seemed apologetic but said we had to call expedia for the refund. I was not in the mood to play games so we simply checked out about 10 minutes after being there at that point. We then went to the Radisson in Barranquilla, which is a fantastic hotel and I definitely recommend sraying there. I will wait for the snarky manager comment on this one. But my Girlfriend is colombian and said there was absolutely no point in trying to get my money back because the hotel would make an excuse or lean on some policy in order to not refund me. I'll wait.

Løbende vand in toilettet, blev ikke repareret som lovet. Man kunne høre det om natten, men først efter kl 02.00 fordi der hver nat var høj musik hos naboerne. Bruseren var et rør ud af væggen med kun kold vand. Sengen var for kort og mine ben stak ud over sengen. I prøvede at aflyse inden men de ville ikke acceptere det. Derudover var personalet meget hjælpsomme. Fik stjålet min nøgle og de krævede ikke ekstra for det.
