Check-in was a bad experience because I'm a US resident, I live in the US, I was born in Colombia, which allows me to use the biometric system at Colombian airports. All the other hotels I've stayed at in Colombia haven't required an entry stamp, and even showing proof of entry on the official immigration website has been fine, except for this hotel. They charged me taxes as if I were a Colombian resident. The manager never showed up and didn't cooperate at all. He just wanted me to pay for nothing. I ended up paying! The air conditioning didn't cool, it just blew. The pillowcase was stained. The alarm went off in the middle of the night. The internet is terrible; the signal kept going out.

Great place to stay

Always a clean quiet experience close to a mall restaurants and co-working center. Only con is the slow Wi-Fi but still streams Netflix.

Overall it's a good hotel. Three negatives: 1. Not good for digital nomads. The internet is weak, 5mbps to 20mbps but mostly at the lower side of that range. Also the connection drops frequently. 2. Breakfast is buffet style but they don't replenish it frequently enough. Two out of four days there was only a spoonful of eggs left and some bread. The fruit bowl was empty as well as other options. 3. Be aware they don't clean the rooms unless you ask. They say it is for environmental reasons but my guess is also to save money on staff.

Toilet didnt work. Most functions on the tv remote didnt work. Manager put me in a different room but that room's electronic lock didnt work and the security latch was attached with 3 small screws and plastic anchors. Problems were resolved after complaining.

Rooms clean..a bit simple but looks like the pictures, only thing i would live is for a smart tv with netflix or/and similar, maybe they have it now but i couldnt figure out..but everything else looks good and clean
