The Space:

This property features three spacious bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, designed for comfort and privacy. The private terrace offers an outdoor lounge, al fresco dining, and a plunge pool with ocean views. The indoor living room, furnished with designer pieces, is perfect for relaxing with air conditioning or enjoying the sea breeze. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are seamlessly integrated in an open space that invites sharing memorable moments, while the laundry and service area remains discreet and functional. Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the villa, including the private pool, as well as the ANERA common areas. Optional services (available at an additional cost and with prior booking) include housekeeping during your stay, in-home cook, grocery pre-stocking, and restaurant or tour reservations. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and key common areas.

Cleaning during your stay is not included. Additional services are available for an extra fee and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. For stays of 7 nights or more, one complimentary cleaning is included. Visitors are not allowed
