This classic beach home with open floor plan offers 4 bedrooms and 2 & ½ baths that accommodates 8 guests. In addition to the comfortable furnishings, the house is also equipped with a hot tub and a new automatic awning on the front deck. Nice views and a short walk to the beach make this a great summer rental. Hot-Tub addendum to be signed. Owner provides pillows and blankets for tenant use. No smoking No pets.
