Enchanting beach house on the Lagoon. The yard is like a sanctuary with a seating arrangement under a covered deck. The yard has a few sitting areas and a fire pit. The best is the raised Hot Tub. The house has an open concept kitchen/living room, two bedrooms & a full bath on the main level. The upper level has a spacious den, full bath, laundry closet and the spiral stairs take you to the 3rd bedroom with full/single bunk bed. The exterior deck has outdoor seating and a lagoon slide for more entertainment the basement garage has a bar & indoor games.
