The rooms were lovely and clean, and the staff was extremely helpful in sorting out an early check-in. The rooftop patio has a great view of the city, and the pool was clean, which was a nice bonus for the stay. The one issue was that the hairdryer overheats and shuts off after a few minutes of normal use. It takes a few minutes to cool down, then you can use it again for a few more minutes.

The room was new and clean. Our room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily. The room had a kettle and tea bags, and the pillows were very comfortable. Our only negative comment is about the restaurant. We were told in the lobby that breakfast cost €18 per adult and half price for children (€9). However, when we went to the restaurant, we were charged €18 for each adult and €16 for our child. Charging €16 for a 6-year-old was far too expensive, especially since our son only ate two pancakes and some fruit. There was only one halal option available at breakfast, so all of us left hungry and ended up paying for a breakfast we couldn’t really enjoy.
