This spacious, luxurious, and bright apartment is located in a building that has belonged to my family for several generations. It was completely renovated in 2025. It is situated right in the heart of Barcelona, on Plaza Urquinaona, a 5-minute walk from Plaza Cataluña, the city center.
It features a very spacious living room and four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. The layout is as follows:
Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find the dining room with a round table that seats 8 people.
Turning left down the first hallway, you’ll first come to the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, glass-ceramic stovetop for comfortable cooking, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary kitchen utensils so you can cook just as you would at home. The washing machine and dryer are located inside a cabinet.
There is a table in the kitchen that seats four people.
Continuing down the hallway, on the right is the entrance to the loft, where you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed. There is also access to one of the two spacious bathrooms, which features a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
At the end of this first hallway, you’ll find the spacious and bright living room and one of the two bedrooms.
The living room features a glass-enclosed gallery that has been set up as a workspace. The gallery opens onto a terrace with a table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying a pleasant breakfast. The bedroom features a large double bed that can be separated into two large single beds. It also opens onto the terrace.
From the dining room, turning right down the second hallway leads to the two spacious bedrooms, each with two single beds. Both bedrooms have balconies overlooking the elegant Ausias Marc Street.
The second bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway.
