Vincci Gala is an elegant, stylish and welcoming hotel located in a central but not crowdy area from where you can easily access city centre and main neighborhoods by feet. Exceptionally clean hotel. Everything was excellent, from the staff at registration to the housekeeping to wait staff at the restaurant. They all went the extra mile and did the little things that add up. For example, I was there over a week and when I was sick in bed with a cold one day, the housekeeper noticed and brought me an extra box of tissues so I wouldn't need to get out of bed.
