This is a newly constructed high end house with wooden floors, beams and double windows. The outside area of the house is not yet fully finished therefore the price has been reduced. It is located in Sant Just Desvern at the end of diagonal, 15 min by car or taxi to downtown Barcelona and 20 min to the beach. SJD is located right next to the collserolla a huge protected park. The pool is a shared pool and can be used during to be agreed timese.
