Staff went above and beyond to help us. We had alot of luggage and since we arrived early, they were more than willing to store it for us until our room was ready. This gave us plenty of time to explore the surrounding area. I highly recommend this hotel and hopefully will have an opportunity to stay here again!!

The room size was good but we did not have any day light coming in at all as the room was located around the interior court. So it was very dark at all times, which was not great. Overall, we found the staff not friendly or helpful at all.

There’s no sound proof done at all in the hotel, hearing doors slam violently from early morning from cleaning staff and guests. Room was dark as when I opened the drapes even on 2nd floor, faced into a wall so no light came in, felt like midnight even in morning.
