We had a great stay at the Torre Melina hotel. Clean room, comfy bed and bellows, daily supply of complementary water, coffee and tea. Breakfast was included in room rate and it was excellent. Location was great for us, walking distance from Camp Nou, but also 5 minutes walk from underground station, L9 Sud connect you to airport which is very handy as well as the L3 to the city centre. Can’t forget the great staff. Overall great experience.

Do Not Stay Here

It is a nice hotel visibly but here is what we encountered... -A 6:00pm check-in... which is 3 hours after the guarantee check-in, despite me actually requesting an early check-in a week prior. --NO hot water for any of the 3 days that I stayed there. --NO running water for 1 of the 3 days. --NO pool towells the entire day (1 of 3 days). --NO ability to speak to a Manager during or after the stay. The front desk said they would inform a Manager but that was 1 week ago. I emailed them multiple times with no response. And I know they receive the emails because they answered my emails before the trip. Overall, this was an unacceptable experience. Look for a different hotel.
