The community of neighbors has strictly forbidden groups of friends to stay in the apartment, so unfortunately we cannot accept reservations made by groups of friends.

Best known for its elegance and opulence, this upscale neighborhood on the outskirts of the city center was originally a Roman colony. Today it is largely a wealthy residential area and a great place to stay if you’re looking for a more authentic, local vibe and beautiful tranquility. Filled with picturesque parks, immaculate boulevards, artisanal boutiques and reputedly the best “patatas bravas” in the city, you’ll find plenty of hidden gems in this former medieval village. Barcelona’s beautiful people live, work and shop in this quiet paradise that borders on Gracia. One of the most expensive areas of the city and least frequented by tourists give it a special “small-town” charm within the bustling metropolis.
You will have access to the entire apartment, which has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a big living room with an open plan kitchen. You will also be able to enjoy the balcony.
The airy, spacious rooms and cushy furniture give you a place to relax after a long day of touring; wood-paneled floors, silver wall sconces, and rustic wall art lend a homey touch.

You’re not only close to the soccer stadium -- you’re 5 minutes’ walk away from the hip galleries and restaurants of the Garcia neighborhood, 10-15 minutes’ walk from iconic Barcelona museums such as the Egypt Museum, and 30 minutes’ walk from the historic Catalonia Plaza and Arc de Triomphe. Several subway and bus stops right outside the apartment give you easy access to the entire city.
Barcelona International Airport is the nearest airport to Barcelona city center. It is 13 km southwest of the city center.
Girona Airport is 103 km northeast of Barcelona.
Reus Airport is 106 km south of Barcelona.
From Barcelona Airport:
- By bus, take the Aerobus to Plaza España. Once there take bus D40 and get off at “Travessera de Gracia-Muntaner” stop which is next to the apartment, in the center.
-By train, take the Cercanías to Sants station. From there take the bus 27. Get off at "Travessera de Gracia-Muntaner" stop which is next to the apartment.
-By taxi. It takes about 30 minutes and costs around 30€.
All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.
Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.
- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- The flat´s capacity is of 4 people. No additional guests allowed.

-A tourist tax will need to be paid separately at check-in in cash. This charge is 6.90€ per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay. Regardless of whether any guest stays for fewer nights, the tax is applied to the total number of nights in the reservation.
