The accommodation
A completely renovated apartment with a vintage industrial touch, featuring a bedroom, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace. It sleeps 4 people.

The bedroom is very bright and quiet and opens directly onto the rear terrace, where you can soak up the sun or enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The living room is very spacious and features a sleeper sofa for 2 people, a TV, and a large table for dining or working.
There is Wi-Fi with a fast internet connection, perfect for video calls or streaming.

There is an open kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need and offers plenty of space for cooking. The refrigerator is spacious, and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located. It’s just a 5-minute walk from Plaza España, with easy access to the city center, Montjuïc, the port, and Barcelona’s main attractions.
The nearest metro station is Plaza España on Line 3, and if you’re coming from the airport, the Aerobus stop is just a 5-minute walk away.
Guest access
The entire apartment is at your disposal. The apartment has a private entrance and is accessible directly from the street.
Additional Important Information

Parties are not allowed in the apartment. We have a good relationship with our neighbors and would like to keep it that way. Noise regulations in Barcelona are very strict and can result in a fine of €500, which the guest must pay directly to the police.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but you may smoke on the terrace. If this rule is violated, the fine is €100. This covers the cost of emergency cleaning and disinfection, as the next guest may not tolerate the smell of tobacco.
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. (may be flexible depending on the previous check-out time).
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. or earlier (may be flexible depending on the next check-in).
- The apartments accommodate up to 4 people. No additional guests are permitted.
- You must present your ID card or passport upon arrival. To comply with local regulations and to register all our guests in the local police database, we must scan these documents for all guests.
- Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the price. The fee is €5.50 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. This fee is charged by all hotels and apartments in Barcelona.
