Staff was amazing, very clean room and public areas, but the hotel never turn on the heater (unacceptable) I spent 3 nights there and didn’t sleep because the room was freezing. Hope the owner of this place understands that sleep in a room without heating and less than 40 Fahrenheit is not healthy!

The staff were fantastic. I lost my phone and bank cards, and they were incredibly helpful. Letting me use the phone at reception and print off boarding passes. And giving me advice on how to deal with my situation. Couldn't have hoped for better service under the circumstances.

It feels a lot like staying in a college dorm room, with people constantly coming in and out. The bathroom also has a very dorm-like feel. On the positive side, the location is convenient. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the train station. The staff members are friendly and helpful, which made the stay a bit better. One issue is the shower is push to start and last about 3 mins.
