The apartment was absolutely beautiful, all the amenities are provided for your comfort & convenience. It’s better than in photos, I will absolutely stay here again.Parking is on the next block & is open 24hrs.Location is fantastic, with lots of grocery stores, cafes, restaurants & bars within a 10 min walk.The public transit in Barcelona is incredible, metro stations are located so close & you can travel anywhere in the city very quickly.The property managers Frédéric & Gianni are fabulous. They are helpful & respond quickly. Gianni was working the day we checked in & was so wonderful, even providing a recommendation for a fabulous seafood restaurant. He even brought up our suitcases when we went to park the car. I have nothing but good things to say, if I could give 6 stars, I would. This is a real gem of a place, great price, location & attention from the staff is next to none

Lovely apartment in a fabulous location

The apartment was perfect for four adults. Convenient walking to Sagrada Familia and San Pau. Easy spot to catch a taxi and short ride to any spot. Gianni was very helpful. We’d definitely book again 5-stars!!

Overall this property and its managers were exceptional. Friendly, always available for questions and very welcoming. Their office is in the building which is very convenient. We were a party of 5 adults. There was plenty of room, beautifully decorated, linens and towels very nice. We walked to Sagrada Familia, around the corner was a grocery store, fruit stand, restaurants and bakery. We loved our stay here and highly recommend.

Awesome Apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay! The check in and check our directions were clear. Frederic helped us with arranging transportion as well. The apartment is large, clean, has all the necessities and was in a convenient location. We will be back!

Everything you need for a stay!

The condo was clean and exactly as expected. lots of room for us to sit and hang out after a long day of touring. it was easy to walk around and we walked EVERYWHERE! The location was close to grocery stores and also bakeries for early pastries. Communication was easy. we had no complaints with the whole experience. Thanks for helping make this trip such a great experience!

Great apt. In Barcelona

We had a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Barcelona within an easy stroll to the Sagrada Familia and many fine restaurants. Others venues were typically an easy €15 cab ride. The check in process with Gianni went quick and smooth and he sent us several recommended events to do in Barcelona.

Excellent home away from home

The apartment layout was fabulous for an extended family staying together. We really appreciated having 2 bathrooms. The location was great with many restaurants nearby, but was not crowded like some of the tourist areas. Groceries were basically right across the street and there was a playground just a block away. Frederic was very helpful and nice.

The location was excellent. Off the beaten path but convenient to subway. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The clothes dryer is very slow so hanging them is better option. Would definitely stay there again

NIce apartment, great location, helpful staff!

The apartment was as described. The three bedrooms and two baths worked perfectly for two couples. Kitchen appliances and equipment were in good shape with donnerware and plenty of cookware.The location was good for walking to Sageada Familia, , the Avenue Gaudi restaurants, and the metro. Mabel was very helpful with cabs, restaurants, and apartment queestions. We would definitely stay here again.

Appartement refait à neuf dans un immeuble totalement dévolu à la location type Homelidays. Le bureau est au rez de chaussée, ce qui est pratique pour les formalités, simples et rapides. Parking auto à 200 m avec léger supplément . Metro à 400 m ( meilleur moyen pour découvrir Barcelone centre ) . Commerces d'alimentation de bonne qualité de l'autre côté de la rue . Accueil excellent , et francophone ... A recommander sans réserve
