We found this hotel to be conveniently located near two subway lines, and within walking distance from Westfield shopping center. The rooms were clean.We loved the spa! However, the bathroom could have been better maintained. There were traces of moisture damage on the molding around the door, and shelves had been moved without any of the old holes being sealed with silicone.

Hotel was full so we had to bear with it for 2 nights before they moved us. Replacement room was a lot smaller - too small to be a family room but a smaller room was better than a hot room. For a 4* hotel that is unacceptable.
