Royal Ramblas location is perfect . Close to everything and super convenient as you can reach other part of the city via metro. Food around the area are plenty and great quality. Definitely worth staying here instead of those fancy hotels.

Convenient location in Barcelona. We felt safe as a family, but did get pick pocketed at dinner a few blocks away. Would not eat at the restaurants on La Rambla, but hotel is close to many great restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean, comfortable and updated.

Great location, however hotel was going through renovations as was the Rambla. Was delayed over 24 hours getting the room we paid for as the category of room was not available due to a water leak. Hotel manager was not interested in expediting getting us in to the proper room. Note the subway runs directly beneath this property and you feel the rumbling day and night.

It was not at all "user friendly", no draws for clothing, next to impossible to connect to internet or control air conditioning. The location was wonderful, but would never stay here again. There was seven of us in four rooms and everyone said the same thing.

Firts of all we came to the hotel at 10:00am. And the girl was able to provide us a room. Sadly i forgot her name, but we really apreciate this comodity. Desk people always helpful. At the time of leaving we left the hotel at 7:00am, and Hector was able to set up a picnick breakfast before leaving. That we really apreciate. Rooms always clean and towels changed every day. Those Dominican Rep ladies are excellent. Hotel clean, very modern and comfortable. Bed mattress also god. And enoght space to keep your belongins ready to use. In the rigth place if coming from the airtport and take the aerobus. Next to the plaza catalunya to go every where with metro. Great restaurants and atractions near.

The hotel is conveniently located near numerous attractions. However, the room we occupied experienced excessive noise, with subway rumbling occurring approximately every ten minutes. Despite its spaciousness, the shower was not adequately clean and exhibited rust spots throughout. Consequently, I will refrain from booking this hotel for future stays in Barcelona.

Hotel is in a great location perfect for all parts of the city . We arrived at 9am check was 3 pm the staff did check us in early then emailed us when our room was ready . The hotel stored our luggage and it was already in our room when we arrived back a few hours later . The staff were outstanding couldn’t do enough for us . I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. The breakfast was also really good . Perfect stay !

Great hotel with excellent location to explore the city. Breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful and friendly. There is some renovation going on, that didn’t impact our stay. Only disappointment (and it was a big one!) was that I chose this hotel as it offered twin beds. I was in touch several times before our stay to stress this requirement but on arrival we were not allocated a twin room.

The location is the most significant reason for me to select hotels when I travel. Sure it’s tourist area but I am one of them, it’s fun being in the middle of all that. And few streets in, you’d be in the quiet yet full of interesting stores, tapas and old buildings.

Hotel was in great location on bustling La Ramblas. Walking distance to many attractions (Gothic Quarter, Ciutadell) and close to transportation. Staff was friendly & very helpful. Room had a good layout. Some renovations were ongoing during our stay causing mild inconvenience. Only real drawback was inconsistent attention to room cleaning. All this said, we would book another stay at The Royal Ramblas.
