It has a nice kitchen, separate living room, dining area, and bathroom with shower showing the original walls of the structure. Perfect for vacation or remote working space. 1Gb/sec fibre internet. In a fabulous private grounds (30 acres), with a natural pool (with view of the Mediterranean sea), own lake, vineyards, forest, with two donkeys and four sheep. Idyllic. Grounds shared with just 3 other apartments.
