Accompanying Guests / Registration:
The registration form provided must be completed and returned at least one week prior to check-in, along with copies of the official travel documents for all accompanying guests. Any changes to the list of accompanying guests require additional registration (Catalonia’s Organic Law, Article 2 of Order IRP/418/2010, dated August 5, 2010)
House Rules:
- Guests must agree to the community’s house rules and accept its regulations.
- Any disruptive behavior or noise, as well as any activities or events that may annoy neighbors and/or disturb the peace, must be avoided.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. Pets are not allowed inside the apartment.
- Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Tampering with life safety and security equipment, such as smoke detectors and surveillance devices, is considered a very serious violation and may result in legal action.
