The space

Welcome to this cosy 50 m² flat located on Avenida Paral·lel, just a
few steps from Plaça Espanya, in one of the most central and vibrant
areas of Barcelona. This flat combines comfort, functionality and
natural light, offering an ideal stay for up to 3 people, whether for
tourism or work. It has one double bedroom and one single bedroom, as
well as a study, providing comfortable spaces to rest, work or relax.
All bedrooms and the living room have split air conditioning units,
ensuring comfort throughout the year.

The living room is spacious, bright and equipped with a television, and
connects to a huge terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun, relaxing or
sharing moments outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with a
fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, small dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker,
kettle and all the necessary utensils, as well as a washing machine,
ideal for long stays. The bathroom has a modern shower, offering
comfort and functionality throughout your stay.

The flat also has shared Wi-Fi, keeping you connected at all times. The
building has an old lift, which is fully functional, although it can be
a little noisy when closing the doors.

The location is unbeatable: you will be close to Plaça Espanya, with
easy access to Montjuïc, Las Ramblas, La Fira and the historic centre.
The area is surrounded by bars, restaurants and cafés, and has
excellent metro and bus connections, making it easy to explore the
whole city. This 50 m² flat combines functional spaces, a large terrace
and a privileged location, offering a comfortable, practical and
memorable stay for up to 3 people in Barcelona.

Important Notice: From January 12th to 30th, 2026, renovation work will
take place in the building’s entrance hall. There may be occasional
noise or disturbance during the daytime. Access to the apartment will
remain available at all times.

At the moment the building next door is undertaking some works so
during the day you may heard some noise

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

Extra guest:

-Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please
consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we
will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend,
the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m.

- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be
as follows: €40 until 10 p.m., €60 after 10 p.m.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is not
allowed to smoke in the entirety of the apartment, terrace included.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
