The apartment is on the fourth floor of a residential building with an elevator. It is bright, tastefully decorated with high-quality details, and equipped with everything you need for a fantastic stay in Barcelona, including air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a TV.
It features a double bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, a living room with a cozy sofa bed where you can relax, watch TV, or listen to music, and a full bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, making it ideal for couples and families. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, and electric kettle. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available.
We provide fresh sheets, towels, soap, and shampoo. Cleaning and a change of bed linens are included weekly, or more often depending on the length of your stay. We can also arrange airport transfers to and from the apartment via a trusted local taxi or private chauffeur.
The apartment is located in one of the city’s most vibrant areas: the newly renovated Avinguda Diagonal, with its restaurants and fashion boutiques, is a 5-minute walk away; Rambla de Catalunya, perfect for a leisurely stroll, is 300 m away; and Passeig de Gràcia, the city’s main avenue, is home to La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, and high-end designer brands.
Nearby is the Gràcia neighborhood, with its narrow streets, tapas bars, independent designers, and picturesque squares. Every August, it hosts the Gràcia Festival—five days during which neighbors compete to decorate their streets, with drink stands and live music in the evenings.

This accommodations are located in a residential building and is suitable for families or groups of adults aged 30 or older.
According to local regulations, all guests must present a valid ID (DNI or passport) for traveler registration.
A €300 deposit is required via credit card upon arrival (not applicable to Airbnb reservations). The deposit will be refunded to the same card within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the apartment.
The following charges may be deducted from the deposit: lost or unreturned key set, €100; stained (sunscreen, makeup, shoe soles, discoloration) or damaged bed linens or towels, €15 each; smoking inside the apartment, €150 for extra cleaning and deodorization; an additional hour of special cleaning due to the condition in which the apartment is left, €17 + VAT (21%).
For Airbnb reservations, any of these charges, as well as damage and penalties, will be claimed through Airbnb’s AirCover.
Tourist tax not included: it must be paid at the rate applicable at the time of check-in. It applies per guest (aged 17 and older) and per night, with a maximum charge of seven nights. The current rate is €10.45 (the amount may change at any time in accordance with local regulations).
Late check-in fee: €30 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.; €50 from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. This fee is charged directly to the person checking in and is never deducted from the deposit.
Pets and parties are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors’ quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Very important: only the guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. Overnight stays by anyone else constitute a very serious violation and may result in significant penalties. Daytime visitors must obtain prior authorization from Opening Doors and must leave by 10:00 PM.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Turn off the lights and air conditioning when you are not at home. We kindly ask you to avoid waste and use electricity, water, and gas responsibly. Excessive consumption may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Before leaving, please dispose of your trash in the bins outside the building and place your dishes in the dishwasher.
Please note that a Short-Term Rental Agreement, detailing the terms summarized here, must be signed via the online check-in form before your stay.
