Hotel was good with very attentive service, all shortcomings or issues identified were fixed promptly . We did not love the location of the hotel as a first time visitor to Barcelona, it is located on a very busy intersection undergoing large construction and is 10-15 minutes drive from all attractions.

Hotels.com Major Problem

Hotel was fine. Hotels.com was not. I booked this room in August, but when I checked the Hotels.com website the morning of the trip, there was no record of the reservation. So I made another on Hotels.com. Nobu told me there were 2 reservations and charged me for an extra night. Would like a refund from Hotels.com. Documents of the two reservations attached.

Cleaning staff was phenomenal. Property was underwhelming, gym did not have the equipment pictured, the pool and rooftop were incredibly underwhelming. Absolutely not enough space for anyone to enjoy. The pool felt like a splash pad. Certainly not enough seats for sunbathing. Front desk Staff overcharged for room and did not remedy. Food was lack luster and overpriced. You’re better off going to Triki trac across the street their food is phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and stay at any other hotel this is not worth the money and I would not stay here again.

This hotel was gorgeous! The rooms were very clean, modern, and overall stunning. The rooftop pool was nice, although it is worth noting that the pool is very small. The view from both the rooftop and the Nobu restaurant is breathtaking. The Nobu breakfast buffet was very good as well. The hotel is also perfectly located a short distance from major landmarks and good restaurants. Service was very good as well!
