Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Company lacks customer service-orientation & apartment could use a proper upgrade. - we had to pick up the keys to the apartment at a completely different location - no effort to improve our experience e.g. asking for additional duvet - overall condition needs update e.g. floors, sofa - smelly & rustic neighborhood, but quick walk to a couple of decent tapas bars
Stayed 4 nights in Apr 2025
