All the staff were helpful and when we needed to change rooms, they offered an immediate solution. The check-in staff was very courteous and welcoming.The building is in a historic part of the city, so you can expect an old building**,** but the rooms are clean, although on the smaller side. It is within walking distance of all the important sightseeing spots and shops. There is a supermarket nearby and lots of food options.

The hotel was conveniently located. Very courteous and friendly staff at the desk. Rooms were substandard and not clean. I recommend anyone traveling to this hotel to not expect anything other than a place to sleep and be close to the Rambla.

The hotel is in Barcelona, in the center, in the Gothic Quarter, I think it’s called. It has a wonderful air conditioner, perfect for sleeping. However, at night, you shouldn’t go out—it’s dangerous. There are many immigrants in masses. The hotel itself is just for sleeping. Nothing more.
