This hotel is pretty but make sure you lock all your valuables in the safe. I stayed for a week and had money stolen by housekeeping and when I brought it to their attention all they said was that their staff is trustworthy, didn’t help me or do much. The breakfast is also extremely bland and not very good. It’s a pretty hotel but I doubt I’d ever stay here again.

Great location across from the market right on the edge of the Gothic Quarter and El Raval. The rooms are small but clean and even our interior room had a nice little terrace. We didn't love the breakfast; the fresh juices and pastries from the market just across the way, or one of the many bakeries nearby, were a much better option. Overall, our stay was pleasant and I felt it was a good value.

Spotless, friendly, well staffed, GREAT location right in the middle of a great place to get everywhere, yet in a square so quiet. Restaurants all around, big trees for a view on the balcony & lovely stone work. Staff had advice, brochures, great breakfast with the room & easy check in/out. We would book here again or recommend to anyone.

Rooms very clean and the view was good. There was no air conditioning so we slept with the balcony door open. My only complaint is that the double twin room was extremely small. Our friends had a single bed room and it was significantly larger than a two bed room.

Good location near Ramblas, the staff were indifferent and not the usual level of customer service I would expect, the hotel itself is tired, and a little grubby. Our room was comfortable if a little dirty- hair in bathroom etc. for the price and location it was ok.

I liked this hotel a lot. Close to the cruise port. Close to the famous Mercado. Clean all around. Never had to wait long to use the elevators. A wide variety of restaurants nearby.

Room was clean and efficient. Water and coffee vending on lobby. We did not buy the breakfast package, so we took advantage of the independent cafe and pastry shop on the square. Also very convenient to the Mercat de la Boqueria - ~1 block.

The entire building is lovely, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. There are shops and restaurants right around the hotel, and metro stations not far away either! We had a room with a balcony that overlooked the square outside. I highly recommend this hotel, and getting a room with a balcony!
