Our stay in hotel SB win 4 sup was great, cleanliness was excellent, hotel room was just like in the pictures and swimming pool was nice. Staff were always available and it was easy to get transport from here. Overall nice quiet area with a few supermarkets and bakery and coffee shops where you could get really nice stuff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t mind staying here again in the future

I do not recommend this hotel if you are a solo traveler or first time visitor to Barcelona. It is too far away from the action of the city (at least 25 minutes and add more time for high traffic days). The closest metro / train was at least 10 minutes away on foot, taxis or Ubers were not always readily available and those costs were anywhere between 25 euros to 40 euros one way. Very very expensive to say the least! The room was clean but smaller than expected. Although it was a decent hotel, I would not stay here again because of the location. I would spend a few more coins and stay at a nicer hotel in a more central location. This place is overhyped and overrated.

We were placed in a handicap room and requested to be moved due to the cleanliness of the bathroom but they wouldn’t move us. When we paid for a normal room with a normal shower.

My stay was a real mixed bag. I arrived to find a power outage in my room, though weirdly the hallways were still lit. That was fixed in half an hour, but the real issue was the walls - they're so thin I now know more about my neighbor's sleeping habits than I ever wanted to. The biggest headache, though, was trying to get a taxi. Drivers would cancel on me 5 to 9 times in a row, clearly trying to get a higher fare. My advice: just take the bus, it's a great deal at €2.65. The breakfast didn't have many options and ran out fast, but I have to say, the orange juice was absolutely outstanding. On the plus side, the neighbourhood felt really safe, and it was great having an Aldi and another supermarket just a two-minute walk away. It’s right next to the Barcelona FC training camp and only 15 minutes from the airport, but you'll need a lot of luck to get a cab on the first call. It was an okay hotel, but not without its frustrations. I used the pool only once to geat sunbath, didnt swim - too cold (in september).

The restaurant at this hotel had great food. The stuff were polite. One of my favorite things were they had a few breakfast or brunch areas right within a mini walk across and next to the hotel. The only size I would say is it’s far from the center and a lot of things. However, it is close to grocery stores a few bus stops and the brunch places so I was absolutely fine with that. If you want something that is super convenient that it only takes about 20 minutes to the center then this is not for you but if you’re the person who don’t like chaos and you want something a little further and safe than absolutely.

Disregard any negative review. We had a wonderful stay. This is a brand new property, modern building, friendly staff, room spotless clean, comfy, spacious, well furnished. About public transportation if you take the metro it's quite a walk, but if you take the bus it's arround the corner, so plan your route to end and start with the bus and you won't have any issues. Highly recommended. Stay here!

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and it was inconvenient to get to the city center. The staff member was not welcoming upon our arrival. The walls were thin between rooms and we could hear our neighbours clearly. We ordered room service and the food was not good. Disappointing stay and if we went back to Barcelona we wouldn't stay here again.

Overall it was great, but No window in the room. When I saw the glass view in the image before I booked, I didn’t know it was a fixed window. I realised this the next day of my visit as the Air conditioning was very goodAlso expected there’ll be a small window somewhere. I asked at reception before I checked out and she said they have open windows in some parts of the hotel. I was to ask for a room with one next time I’m visiting. The swimming pool was okay. Staff was Great. However i prefer the other cities in Spain in comparison to Barcelona so would be sure to look up their hotels there

Very beautiful atmosphere, attention to detail evident in every piece of decor down to the staff and their hospitality. There seemed to be a bit of built up mold in the showers that might just need some new caulking. One towel sent to us had a few yellow spots on it, and a few others had small holes. Bed linens were in great condition and the room cleaning service was greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and tasted amazing every time!
