Doesn't quite make a 5 star rating and I cant give a 4.5, so giving a 4. Everything was good about the hotel except the bathroom and light switches were wierd. Kind of difficult to figure out the switches worked.

Room was pretty small and the shower was not the cleanest. Also the hot water wasn’t always available. Hair dryer was broken. AC was very cold and couldn’t adjust it.

Lollies and water in the reception were the only good things about this place. Tiny room, no wardrobe, no mirror, and it was a dark room. They provided no information about the hotel or the area. Breakfast OK but the waiters were rude and grumpy. Water, tea/coffee was never replenished, we had to ask each day for it. Paid on arrival for a 5 day stay and then we were charged a different amount again after we had left the hotel. When queried they did not even apologise, no communication just a partial credit. Took 3 emails to get an explanation. Very, very, poor customer service. Our recommendation is: Just go somewhere else. Booked thru Expedia - never doing that again either. ☹️

Great hotel and service except….

Beautiful hotel, very friendly, clean overall great. Didn’t pay for breakfast, it was $14.00/person asked if I can get coffee would pay for it but was told NO! had to pay for breakfast if wanted a cup of coffee, Really???!!!. That was a turn off.

I had a great stay at Hotel ILUNION. The staff were attentive and spoke multiple languages. The rooms were clean upon arrival and were cleaned daily. Beds were comfortable. A/C was very cold. Close to the Metro and easy to reach for taxis. 15 minute walk to Basilica Sagrada. I would definitely stay here again.
